Defect(s) in the goods received (if any) shall be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time ie no later than 7 days from date of receipt, upon expiry of which goods shall be deemed accepted in good condition. Goods sold shall not be returnable and no refund is allowed. Defect(s) mean manufacturing defect ie item received is broken into piece(s) and is not safe to be used.
Defect SOP is as follow:-
-written notification to seller within 7 days upon receipt supported with relevant image(s) and video(s).
-in the event the said defect does not cause safety concern for use, a goodwill gift is provided.
-in the event the said defect eads to safety concern, the item may be returned to seller for exchange of part only subject to availability.
-Note: Replacement of entire set is not possible.
